Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat; pour 1/4 cup of batter, swirling to coat the bottom. Cook for 1-2 minutes, flip and cook for another minute. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Fill each crepe with the warm apple mixture, folding or rolling them gently. Serve warm.

Serve with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, or drizzle with maple syrup for extra goodness.
