A delightful blend of savory and sweet, featuring buttery croissants, creamy goat cheese, and crisp apples, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 croissants
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces goat cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the croissants in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Combine the goat cheese, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Spread the goat cheese mixture on the bottom half of each croissant.
  5. Layer the thinly sliced apple on top of the goat cheese.
  6. Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the apples.
  7. Top with the other halves of the croissants.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes until warmed through.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
