  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

  1. Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a mixing bowl. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Mix flour and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
