  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the glaze by combining Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs with the mustard glaze in a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) internal temperature.
