A delightful combination of baked eggs and creamy feta cheese, perfect for brunch.

  • 200g feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the feta cheese in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Crack the eggs gently over the feta cheese.
  4. Sprinkle dried oregano, along with salt and pepper, over the eggs.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the whites are set and yolks are runny.
