Delightful baked biscuits filled with rich, gooey Nutella, perfect for sharing or satisfying a sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • Sugar (for sprinkling)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out each biscuit to flatten it slightly.
  3. Place a small dollop of Nutella in the center of each round biscuit.
  4. Gather the edges of the biscuit dough and pinch them together to seal.
  5. Place the filled balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush each ball with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
