A fun twist on classic cinnamon rolls, blending ripe bananas with warm cinnamon flavors. Perfect for breakfast or a sweet treat!

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the mashed bananas, melted butter, milk, and vanilla.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Roll the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  6. Spread a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon on top.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and slice it into rolls.
  8. Place the rolls in a greased baking pan.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm.
