  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 23 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up a breading station with bowls of cornstarch, beaten egg, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder.
  3. Dredge each piece of chicken in cornstarch, then egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry the chicken in hot oil over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Mix the mayonnaise with sweet chili sauce in a bowl for dipping.
  6. Toss the chicken in the sauce or serve it on the side.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
