A delightful summer dish featuring chicken thighs marinated in a sweet and tangy peach preserves and BBQ sauce blend, perfect for grilling.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup peach preserves
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh peaches for garnish (optional)
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the peach preserves, BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs with the sauce mixture and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Place the chicken thighs on the grill and cook for about 7-8 minutes per side, basting with remaining sauce during cooking.
  5. Once grilled, let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
  6. Serve warm with fresh peaches and green onions for garnish.

Notes

For extra flavor, use fresh, ripe peaches when in season. Don’t rush the marination process for better flavor absorption.
