  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 can tomato puree (15 oz)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, slit
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, marinate the chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, garam masala, and salt for at least 1 hour.
  2. Sauté the Aromatics: In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and slit green chilies, sautéing until the onions are golden brown and fragrant.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Add the marinated chicken to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
  4. Simmer with Tomato Purée: Stir in the tomato puree and allow it to simmer for about 15 minutes.
  5. Add Heavy Cream: Reduce the heat and add the heavy cream, mixing well. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with Fresh Cilantro: Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
