Instructions

  1. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Combine milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
