A delicious dish that brings sweet and tangy Hawaiian flavors to your grill with juicy chicken marinated in BBQ sauce and pineapple juice.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix together BBQ sauce, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Marinate the chicken in the sauce for at least 60 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  6. Brush with extra BBQ sauce during grilling.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For more flavor, let the chicken marinate overnight. Don’t skip brushing on extra BBQ sauce while grilling; it adds a wonderful glaze. Make sure your grill is well preheated for nice grill marks.
