Deliciously sweet and fluffy maple donut bars perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together the milk, melted butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow the bars to cool, then drizzle with additional maple syrup if desired.
  8. Cut into bars and serve to friends and family.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days or in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can be frozen for up to three months.
