A delightful twist on the classic banana bread with Biscoff spread, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash the bananas with a fork in a mixing bowl.
  3. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
  4. Mix in the Biscoff spread, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  5. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix well.
  6. Add the flour gradually, mixing until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
