A delightful no-bake dessert combining creamy vanilla pudding, ripe bananas, and spiced Biscoff cookies.

Ingredients

  • 1 package vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Biscoff cookie crumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Whisk the vanilla instant pudding mix and milk in a bowl until thickened.
  2. Prepare the layers with sliced bananas and crushed Biscoff cookies in a separate bowl.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
  4. Alternate layers of the pudding mixture, banana slices, and crushed cookies in a serving dish.
  5. Finish with a sprinkle of Biscoff cookie crumbs on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Add cookie crumbs right before serving for crunch.
