Delightful cookies combining the rich flavors of cheesecake with fresh blueberries, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  3. Beat in the sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  5. Whisk together the baking powder, salt, and flour in another bowl.
  6. Add the dry ingredients to the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
  7. Fold in the blueberries and white chocolate chips, if using.
  8. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  10. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or freeze in a sealed bag for up to a month.
