  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the center of each pastry square and top with blueberries.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Brush the tops with a beaten egg for color.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
