  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until fully combined.
  2. Soak the brioche slices in the egg mixture, letting them sit for a minute.
  3. Melt a generous pat of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Sauté the soaked brioche slices for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Flip the slices and cook the other side until equally golden brown.
