A creamy and delicious dip combining the flavors of buffalo chicken, perfect for parties and gatherings.

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing (optional)
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • Tortilla chips or celery sticks (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix well until smooth.
  4. Stir in half of the cheddar cheese and blue cheese dressing if using.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with tortilla chips or celery sticks.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing. Rotisserie chicken can be used for a quicker prep time.
