Buffalo Chicken Taquitos are a tasty treat perfect for gatherings, snacks, or quick meals, featuring spicy buffalo flavor wrapped in crispy tortillas.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 810 small flour or corn tortillas
  • Oil for frying
  • Sour cream or ranch dressing for serving
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix shredded chicken and buffalo sauce until well combined.
  2. Place a small amount of the buffalo chicken mixture and a sprinkle of cheese onto each tortilla.
  3. Roll up each tortilla tightly and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the taquitos until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve warm with sour cream or ranch dressing and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

Don’t overfill the tortillas for easier rolling. You can also try baking the taquitos instead of frying them.
