A warm and creamy pasta dish featuring tender chicken seasoned with Cajun spices and rich garlic Parmesan sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until it’s perfectly al dente. Once done, drain it and set it aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts liberally with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sauté the chicken in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and let it rest.
  4. Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Make the cream sauce by adding heavy cream and gradually stirring in Parmesan cheese until melted and thickened.
  6. Combine sliced chicken and cooked linguine, tossing everything together in the creamy sauce.
  7. Adjust the seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
  8. Garnish and serve hot, topped with fresh parsley.
