A delightful blend of flavors with a creamy sauce and a spicy kick, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces linguine pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the cooked linguine and chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in Cajun seasoning for a couple of hours before cooking. If you like it spicy, add more Cajun seasoning or include some red pepper flakes. Use fresh parsley for a vibrant garnish.
