  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed

Instructions

  1. Mix the shredded chicken, mashed avocado, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Spread the chicken avocado mixture evenly on one slice of bread.
  3. Top with the shredded cheese.
  4. Place the second slice of bread on top.
  5. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
