A luscious blend of sweet mango, creamy textures, and the crunch of graham crackers that evokes the essence of a carefree summer day.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package (200g) graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup milk (optional, for moistening the graham crackers)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  3. In a serving dish, layer graham crackers, followed by a layer of the cream mixture and then sliced mangoes.
  4. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Serve chilled.

Notes

Ensure your heavy whipping cream is cold before whipping. Cut with a warm knife for easier slicing.
