  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate truffles, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) to prepare for baking your creamy delight.
  2. Create the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition for a light and fluffy cheesecake.
  5. Mix in the vanilla extract and sour cream until well combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate fudge sauce and chopped truffles into the cheesecake mixture.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the pan, smoothing the top to prepare for baking.
  8. Bake for about 60-70 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set.
  9. Cool it down by turning off the oven and letting the cheesecake cool inside with the door ajar for an hour.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving to firm up.
