A delicious loaf combining chocolate, peanut butter, and ripe bananas for a moist treat perfect for any time.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter.
  4. Mix in the baking soda and salt.
  5. Add sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  6. Gradually add the flour and stir until just combined.
  7. Fold in chocolate chips and peanut butter.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  9. Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before serving.
