A vibrant and satisfying Cobb Salad topped with a luscious buttermilk ranch dressing.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • For the dressing:
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, cooked chicken, avocado, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, bacon, and hard-boiled eggs.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, mayonnaise, chives, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. Serve immediately, garnished with extra herbs or blue cheese if desired.
