Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee

Instructions

  1. Whisk the dry ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl until creamy and cohesive.
  3. Combine the wet and dry mixtures, stirring until just combined.
  4. Prepare the skillet by heating it over medium heat and lightly greasing it.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet.
  6. Flip the pancakes when bubbles form on the surface, and cook until golden brown.
