Ingredients

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Oil for frying or baking

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, cornmeal, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder until well blended.
  2. Shape the mixture into small chips or flat rounds.
  3. If frying, heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry until golden brown on each side. If baking, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake on a greased baking sheet for about 15-20 minutes or until crisp.
  4. Allow to cool and serve as a snack.
