Instructions
Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat the cowboy butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and cook them in the skillet until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove them from the skillet and let them rest before slicing.
