  • 8 oz pasta of choice
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the diced chicken, sprinkle with smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
