  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup cowboy butter (butter mixed with garlic, herbs, and spices)
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the cowboy butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the broccoli florets and cook until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
