  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup onion (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain.
  2. Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sear the chicken in olive oil until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  4. Sauté the bell peppers and onion in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes, then add garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. Create the sauce by adding chicken broth and simmer, then stir in heavy cream.
  6. Combine the chicken and pasta, tossing gently to coat in the sauce.
  7. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes
