A delightful dish combining creamy pasta with bold Cajun flavors, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet, stirring to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add more Cajun seasoning or crushed red pepper flakes. You can use shrimp or sausage instead of chicken.
