A comforting and flavorful creamy Cajun sausage pasta that brings joy to your dinner table.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 lb Italian sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced (red and green)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large pot. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned.
  2. Add in the diced onion, bell peppers, and minced garlic; sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the Cajun seasoning to coat the sausage and vegetables.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  6. Reduce heat, then stir in heavy cream and mix well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
