A nostalgic dish featuring tender chicken breasts in a luscious, garlicky cream sauce, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Add the chicken to the pan and cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and scrape up any brown bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
