This Creamy Garlic Chicken is a comforting dish featuring juicy chicken breasts in a rich, garlicky cream sauce, perfect for family dinners.

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken and set aside.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and let it cook in the sauce for another 5-10 minutes, until fully cooked.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
