A comforting bowl of creamy garlic chicken ramen, perfect for chilly evenings.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the pot. Cook until browned and no longer pink, about 6-7 minutes per side, then remove and set aside.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the pot and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add the soy sauce and heavy cream, stirring gently to combine.
  4. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender.
  5. Slice the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and return it to the pot. Gently stir everything together.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
