Creamy Garlic Chicken Thighs features tender chicken smothered in a rich garlic sauce, perfect for busy weeknights or special occasions.

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and stir it into the garlic.
  7. Bring to a simmer and return the chicken to the skillet, cooking for another 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken thighs in garlic and spices for a few hours before cooking. Use non-stick cookware to prevent the sauce from sticking.
