A comforting baked pasta dish with creamy ricotta, savory chicken, and zesty marinara, perfect for family gatherings.

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. Combine the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, marinara sauce, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Pour the spaghetti mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, swap chicken for mixed vegetables. You can also use whole wheat or gluten-free pasta as a substitute.
