  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the flour and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy, then add milk and melted butter.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, tilting to spread evenly.
  6. Cook until edges lift and bottom is lightly browned, about 1-2 minutes.
  7. Flip and cook the other side for about 1 minute until lightly browned.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter and serve warm with toppings.

Notes

For added flavor, you can incorporate a splash of vanilla extract into the batter. Store crêpes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days or freeze with parchment paper for up to 2 months.
