  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Whisk together the creamy sour cream, sugar, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring lightly until just combined.
  5. Fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
  6. Fill the muffin tin with the batter, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
