A comforting and deliciously moist banana bread infused with juicy blueberries and a hint of cinnamon, perfect for breakfasts or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. Mash the bananas and melted butter in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Incorporate the granulated sugar, brown sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  5. Fold in the flour until just combined.
  6. Gently incorporate the blueberries, being careful not to break them.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
