A healthy and delicious tuna salad mixed with creamy avocado served over fresh greens, perfect for a quick meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • Mixed greens or lettuce for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, mashed avocado, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
  2. Stir in the diced celery and red onion.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
