Delicious and easy-to-make cinnamon roll granola clusters, perfect for breakfast or as a snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup raisins or vegan chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the rolled oats, nuts, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Combine the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  4. Bring the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until well coated.
  5. Spread the granola mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
