A simple and versatile crepe batter recipe that brings comfort and elegance to any meal.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and sugar until smooth.
  2. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  4. Pour in about 1/4 cup of batter and tilt the pan to spread it evenly.
  5. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges begin to lift and the bottom is lightly golden.
  6. Flip and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter, adjusting the heat as necessary.

Notes

Serve with fresh berries, Nutella, or sautéed vegetables for a delightful twist. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
