Ingredients

  • 4 cups gluten-free rice cereal
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup holiday-themed candy (like M&M’s)
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine gluten-free rice cereal and holiday-themed candy.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together until smooth. Stir in the butter until well combined.
  3. Pour the melted mixture over the rice cereal and candy, mixing until all pieces are coated.
  4. Add the powdered sugar and mix well until evenly distributed.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and allow to cool.
  6. Once set, break into pieces and garnish with sprinkles if desired. Enjoy!
