  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out your puff pastry sheet on a clean, floured surface until smooth and about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Cut the pastry into triangles, aiming for 6-8 pieces.
  4. Add a sprinkle of chocolate chips at the widest end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the pastry from the wide end toward the tip, tucking the tip underneath.
  6. Arrange the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the croissants with the beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
