  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Gradually blend in the flour until just combined.
  4. Roll the dough into balls, about a tablespoon each, and flatten them slightly.
  5. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.

Notes

Store leftover cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. Freeze for up to three months.
