A delightful and easy dessert featuring strawberry cake layered with a creamy fluff of whipped topping, fresh strawberries, and mini marshmallows.

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tub whipped topping
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool completely.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the whipped topping, sliced strawberries, mini marshmallows, and powdered sugar until well combined.
  6. Cut the cooled cake into squares and layer pieces with the fluff mixture in a serving dish.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes
